Jessica Wonders, certified integrative women's health coach and founder of Embodied Unbecoming, photographed outdoors by Block Portrait Studios

I'm a certified Integrative Women's Health Coach and Endometriosis Women's Health Coach through the Integrative Women's Health Institute. I spent years building a 1:1 coaching practice around what the conventional medical system wouldn't tell women about their own bodies. Then my own life fell apart — and I had to step back and do the work myself.

I came back with something different.

Not a program. Not a guru. A space — and a library of real tools built by someone who has lived every diagnosis she teaches.
